Naheed Jivraj

Dr. Naheed Jivraj is a clinician-investigator, attending anesthesiologist and critical care clinical associate at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and the University of Toronto. Dr. Jivraj received his medical degree from King’s College London, UK. He then completed residencies in anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the University of Toronto. He also holds a Masters in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics, and Clinical Epidemiology from the Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. His primary research interests surround improving ICU and post-ICU sedation and analgesia practices, understanding health systems and critical care capacity, as well as health economics and cost-effectiveness analysis.
