Shields Day - Registration

Registration is now OPEN!

This will be the first time in 41 years that we won’t enjoy the tradition of getting together as a community; however, we will still celebrate the academic life of our department and recognize our outstanding researchers and educators. Also for the first time, we invite our alumni to join our event. The event will showcase the best of our science, we will have oral presentations from the top abstract submissions and have several keynote speakers.

The registration deadline is October 28th, 2020.  Once you have registered for the event, the details of the webinar will be sent to the email address indicated on the registration form. If you do not receive a confirmation email, within 24 hours of submitting your online registration form, please contact: communications.anesthesia@utoronto.ca.

The conference will commence at 8:00 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that you may cancel your registration for this event, please do so by November 1, 2020. To cancel, please send an email to communications.anesthesia@utoronto.ca and we will confirm that your cancellation has been received. 

Non-cancellation: In order to recover various costs, please note that a fee of $100 will be charged to individuals that fail to cancel by the deadline.
