2016 Annual Weber Memorial Lecture Dr Kaveh Shojania FINAL.pdfThe Annual Weber Memorial Lecture is held in memory of Dr. Kirk Weber, Chief of Anesthesia at Sunnybrook for 18 years.  We are pleased to announce that this year's guest speaker will be Dr. Kaveh Shojania, Vice Chair of Quality & Innovation in Sunnybrook's Dept. of Medicine. He will speak on “Patient Safety in the Peri-operative setting: what we’ve learned in the 15+ years since ‘To Err is Human’ “.  The talk will be held on Thursday May 5 at 5 PM in the McLaughlin Lecture Hall, Sunnybrook Hospital.
